Sign in on the intended device
Notifications are associated with the signed-in VSCRM AI user and can be registered on multiple supported devices.
Allow notification permission
Approve the browser or Android notification request when prompted. A denied permission must be changed in device settings.
Keep the device token current
Opening the signed-in workspace allows Firebase Cloud Messaging to register the current device token.
Generate test activity
Start a new visitor conversation or message and confirm that the notification appears on the intended device.
Open the conversation
Use the notification to return to the workspace and review the relevant conversation.
